Using Bitfoot incurs a **1% fee on trades**, which supports platform growth, development, and user rewards.

## **How is the 1% Fee Distributed?**

The **1%** trading fee collected by Bitfoot is distributed across key areas designed to benefit our users and the platform.

### **1. Referral Wallet** (25% - 48.5%)

* If your trade is linked to a referral, **up to 48.5% of the 1% fee** goes directly to the **Referral Wallet** as a reward for the person who referred you. This creates a direct benefit for users who help grow the Bitfoot community. If there’s no referral, this portion is redistributed across the other areas below.

### **2. Remaining Fee Distribution**

The rest of the fee is divided among three key wallets to support token stability, development, and community rewards:

* **10% – $FOOT Buyback & Reserve**
  * This portion is allocated for $FOOT token buybacks, which helps maintain the token’s stability and supports platform growth.
* **40% – Rewards Wallet**

  * Dedicated to community rewards and incentives, this wallet funds programs to engage and reward Bitfoot users, giving back to the community that makes Bitfoot thrive.

  **50% – Developers Wallet**

  * Supports ongoing development and maintenance, including Bitfoot’s infrastructure that ensures top speed and reliability. This investment allows Bitfoot to maintain its competitive edge as one of the fastest trading platforms available.
